Project Title: Live Chat / Room App (Hoob-like) – Phase-wise Development Description: I want to build a live chat / room-based mobile application similar to Hoob / Hello app. This will be a long-term project developed in multiple phases. Currently, I want to start with Phase 1 (basic version) and then continue with Phase 2 and Phase 3 after successful completion. --- Phase 1 Requirements (Important): 1. Login / Signup System: - Mobile number login (OTP) or basic login system - User registration and profile creation 2. Basic UI: - Clean and simple home screen - Navigation (Home, Profile, Settings) - Basic layout (not advanced design) 3. Admin Panel (Very Important): Admin panel must be included in Phase 1 with following controls: - View all users - Ban / Unban users - Delete users - Basic user management - Ability to mark user as "Official" - Basic control over app content (banner / basic settings) 4. Backend: - Firebase setup (Authentication + Database) - Proper structured backend for future scalability --- Phase 2 (Future – after Phase 1): - Room system (create/join rooms) - Chat system (text-based) - Coin system (wallet + admin control) - Gifts, frames, entry effects (basic) - User roles (Admin / Coin Seller / etc.) --- Working Style & Payment Terms: - This project will be completed in multiple phases - Work must be done step by step (phase-wise) - I will create small milestones for each phase - Payment will be released only after testing and verification - I will not fund full project amount at once - Long-term work opportunity if Phase 1 is completed successfully --- Developer Requirements: - Must have experience in similar apps (chat / live / social apps) - Must provide previous work or demo (APK / screenshots) - Must be comfortable with Firebase or similar backend - Must agree to milestone-based work --- Additional Notes: I am looking for a serious and long-term developer.
