I run a small homestay that is currently listed on Airbnb, Expedia, Goibibo, MMT, Agoda, Trivago and Homeyhuts. Manually updating calendars and availability across all seven platforms is eating up far too much time, so I want a purpose-built channel manager that automates the work a full-time staff member would otherwise handle. Core requirement • Real-time inventory updates: the moment a room is booked (or cancelled) on any connected OTA, my master calendar must update and push the new availability back to every other channel without delay. Scope of work 1. Connect to the APIs or iCal feeds each OTA provides, authenticate securely and fetch/push availability in real time. 2. Present a clean web or desktop interface where I can see the unified calendar, manually block dates, and trigger sync on demand. 3. Provide basic reporting (bookings per channel, occupancy rate) so I can monitor performance. 4. Single-language UI is fine for now; the architecture should still allow future localisation without major rewrites. 5. Code should be modular so that price-synchronisation or automated guest messaging can be added later. Acceptance criteria • A booking made on any listed OTA propagates to all other connected channels within one minute. • No overbooking occurs during stress-test scenarios (multiple simultaneous bookings). • Source code, deployment instructions and a brief user guide are delivered on hand-over. If you have prior experience integrating OTA APIs or building hotel PMS/channel managers, please tell me which stacks or frameworks you would propose and an estimated timeline to reach a stable MVP. Note - I just need a basic software which works perfectly and is smooth to use. Thats it!
