The program must let me create and update detailed patient files, book appointments in an easy calendar view, and issue professional bills or receipts on the spot. A built-in pharmacy module is also essential so I can track stock levels and dispense medicines directly from prescriptions. Several people work at the clinic, so the system has to recognise separate log-ins and permissions for Doctor, Receptionist and Pharmacist roles. Each role should only see the screens and actions relevant to them while sharing one central database.
