We are looking for a skilled Automation Expert to join our agency on a freelance basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in connecting tools, building automated workflows, and integrating AI systems to streamline business processes for clients. Responsibilities: * Design and implement automated workflows across multiple platforms (CRMs, email tools, chatbots, etc.). * Integrate AI tools with client systems using APIs and scripts. * Troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize automation flows for efficiency and reliability. * Create processes that reduce manual effort in marketing, sales, customer support, and reporting. * Collaborate with the team to deliver end-to-end automation solutions for clients. Clients may request automations such as: * Automatic lead follow-ups and notifications. * AI chatbots integrated with CRM systems for logging conversations. * Generating reports or dashboards automatically from raw data. * AI-driven workflows for marketing, sales, or internal operations. * Integration between social media, advertising, and analytics platforms. Requirements: * Proven experience with automation tools like Zapier, Make (Integromat), or n8n. * Basic scripting/coding skills (Python, JavaScript, or API handling). * Understanding of business processes (marketing, sales, customer support, reporting). * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. * Good communication skills for collaborating with the team and clients.
