What I need back: • Print-ready STLs with sensible part orientation and minimal supports • Clear call-outs on critical tolerances so I can dial-in slicer settings for a snug, repeatable fit Please keep wall thicknesses, overhang angles, and bridging distances within realistic limits for standard 0.4 mm nozzles. If you see an area that might trap material or warp, flag it before finalising the model. I will review each file by test-slicing in BambuStudio. So every mating surface has to align without post-processing. Send one sample component first; once that passes a 0.12 mm-layer test print, we will proceed with the remaining parts.
