About the Role We are looking for a motivated, high-energy Sales and Business Development professional to join our growing startup. rhpp.pro is an all-in-one booking system designed specifically for hairstylists and beauty professionals. Stylists get a professional online booking platform, and hair stylists can also sell premium hair extension products directly through their booking system. We handle full dropshipping and white-label fulfillment so stylists can focus on their craft while earning additional revenue from product sales. This is a key growth role where you will help onboard new stylists, reactivate old leads, nurture relationships, and drive sign-ups for the Royal Hair Partner Program. Key Responsibilities: - Reactivate dormant leads and nurture them through the sales funnel to convert into active users - Assist potential clients with account sign-up and guide them through the platform - Conduct friendly Zoom demo calls to demonstrate how the booking system works and how stylists can sell hair extensions using our dropshipping & white-label services - Answer client questions via email, chat, or calls with professionalism and enthusiasm - Post engaging content about the rhpp.pro platform on social media channels - Manage all client interactions and pipeline inside our CRM with high accuracy - Become an expert in the Royal Hair Partner Program and all platform features - Document all activities, results, and learnings in detail (what works and what doesn’t) to help the startup improve and scale - Maintain a shared daily/weekly work diary for full transparency - Collaborate closely with the small founding team using tools like Trello - Communicate effectively with hairstylists and beauty salon professionals Requirements: - Excellent written and spoken English (clear, professional, and friendly) - Strong sales or business development experience (previous experience in beauty, wellness, or service-based industries is a big advantage) - Great sense of humor and warm, approachable personality – able to build rapport quickly with creative professionals - Excellent attention to detail and strong documentation habits - High comfort level with technology: CRM systems, email, Zoom, Trello, and online platforms - Ability to work independently while staying highly collaborative and transparent - Positive, high-energy attitude and growth-hacker mindset What We Offer: - Hourly Rate + incentive base bonus/commission (earn more as you help the platform grow) - Flexible remote freelance arrangement - Opportunity to play a major role in the growth of an exciting beauty-tech startup - Direct impact on revenue and product direction in a fast-moving environment How to Apply Please submit: Put "Let's Go!!" in your subject line so we know you read the job description.
