I need a complete architectural visualization turned into a production-ready 3D model. Both the exterior shell and every interior space must be built out, textured, and lit so that I can drop the file straight into my presentation pipeline without additional cleanup. Preferred workflow tools are Blender, 3ds Max, or SketchUp paired with V-Ray, Cycles, or Corona; if you rely on other software, just confirm it exports cleanly to FBX/OBJ and includes texture links. Please confirm start date and estimated turnaround; I’m ready to hand over the drawings as soon as we agree on the workflow.
