I manage a growing health-and-wellness platform and need help keeping our community happy and informed. The core of the role is customer service: answering email and live-chat questions promptly, tracking tickets, and making sure every visitor feels heard. Deliverables I will review each week: • Inbox zero in the customer-service queue, with ticket tags and notes up to date • Two fresh FAQ or knowledge-base entries (250–400 words each) covering the most common questions • A short weekly summary highlighting trends, feedback, or product issues you noticed A successful first month turns into an ongoing engagement, so reliability and punctuality matter as much as writing skill.
