Scope of work • Draft a clear, well-structured handbook (Word or Google Docs) that a new resident can pick up and understand without guidance. • Build out two core sections I’ve already prioritised: – House Rules & Regulations – Emergency Procedures • Within House Rules & Regulations, include detailed policies on: – Code of Conduct – Participation in House Meetings – Chore Assignments – (I’ll supply any additional headings you’ll need to flesh out.)
