We are looking for a highly skilled draftsperson/draft to bring our vision to life for what we are calling the "Gold Sluice Ultra." Our requirements for this unit are as follows: Dimensions: The sluice should be approximately 14 feet in length and 3 feet in width. Each tray can be adjusted independently changing the pitch and water speed. Hopper: It must feature an oversized hopper designed to handle substantial volumes of material. Stand/Legs: The style of the stand and legs should closely resemble those shown in the attached orange model sample. Sluice Bed: The sluice bed itself should be lined with miners moss along its entire length. This will be covered by expanded mesh. Riffles: The expanded mesh will be secured by sets of hinged, specially designed riffles. We require a robust and effective riffle system. Capacity: Our primary goal is to create a "super sluice" – the "ultra" of sluices – capable of withstanding and efficiently processing large quantities of material. Portability: For ease of transportation, the sluice should be designed in four distinct parts that can be readily assembled and disassembled. We envision this assembly process to take no more than five minutes, requiring only a shifter to adjust the legs. Gold Recovery: Crucially, the design must prioritize exceptional gold recovery. We want to ensure that this machine is highly effective in capturing even the smallest, finest particles of gold, regardless of the volume of material processed. We are seeking a detailed and accurate representation of this design to move forward with fabrication. Any enhancing ideas are welcome.
