Our agency is onboarding new clients inside GoHighLevel and I want the initial groundwork handled smoothly so the in-house team can focus on strategy. The work centres on three areas: account setup, core automations, and light integrations with our existing tools. Scope of work • Create and configure fresh GoHighLevel sub-accounts for each client, applying our standard snapshot, branding colours, and basic permissions. • Tweak account settings so calendars, pipelines, and messaging defaults match the client’s business rules. • Build a starter set of automations that covers marketing email/SMS campaigns, simple sales-funnel sequences, and a client-onboarding workflow. • Connect GoHighLevel with our common tools (Outlook 365, Google Ads, Stripe, and Zapier) so data flows without manual export/import. • Walk one client rep through the finished setup on a brief call and supply a one-page cheat sheet so they can repeat routine tasks. I handle strategy and copywriting; I simply need the tech side executed reliably and documented clearly. Familiarity with GoHighLevel snapshots, trigger links, and the new workflow builder will make the job faster. Deliverables are accepted when each sub-account is live, the three automations are firing, and test leads flow end-to-end without errors. Light, ongoing hourly work may follow once the first batch is complete.
