Job Overview We are seeking an experienced GoHighLevel (GHL) expert with strong skills in advanced automations, webhook integrations, and cross-platform data workflows. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience integrating tools such as Clay, RB2B, Zapier, HubSpot and can design scalable systems for lead tracking, enrichment, and automated engagement. Key Responsibilities 1. Advanced Webhook & Integration Setup Configure and manage inbound/outbound webhooks in GHL at an advanced level Build custom integrations across platforms, including: Clay RB2B Zapier HubSpot Modify and map webhook payloads to meet business logic requirements Ensure reliable data transfer, error handling, and logging across systems 2. Automation & Workflow Development Design and implement complex GHL automation workflows based on: Webhook data User behavior Custom triggers and conditions Create scalable automation systems for lead nurturing, qualification, and follow-ups Optimize workflows for performance and reliability 3. CRM Data Structuring (GHL) Organize and map incoming data into: Contacts Opportunities Custom fields Maintain a clean and structured CRM architecture Implement logic for updating, deduplicating, and enriching records 4. Trigger-Based Messaging Systems Build and manage email/SMS trigger templates within GHL Set up both: Automated trigger-based campaigns Manual execution workflows Personalize messaging based on dynamic data inputs 5. Website Tracking & Visitor Data Capture Work with GHL websites/funnels to: Track visitor behavior Capture lead data Trigger automations based on user actions Implement scripts, forms, and tracking pixels 6. Analytics & Tracking Integration Integrate and manage: Google Analytics Google Tag Manager GHL tracking tools Ensure accurate event tracking, conversion tracking, and data consistency Troubleshoot discrepancies between platforms 7. Post-Trigger & Cross-Platform Automation Set up automations that trigger actions on external platforms (e.g., social media, outreach tools) Build systems that respond to user activity with multi-channel engagement Connect tracking data to outbound campaigns Required Skills & Experience Proven experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) at an advanced level Strong understanding of webhooks, APIs, and JSON data structures Hands-on experience with Clay, RB2B, Zapier, and HubSpot integrations Experience with CRM architecture and data management best practices Proficiency in Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics Ability to troubleshoot complex automation and data flow issues
