I need a fully functional AI receptionist deployed inside my GoHighLevel workspace. The assistant must: • Handle the entire front-desk experience—answer incoming calls, reply to emails, and engage visitors through live chat—using natural-sounding, context-aware conversations. • Book, reschedule, and cancel appointments directly on my connected calendar without double-booking. • Provide quick, accurate answers to routine enquiries (pricing, location, service details, etc.) while handing off complex or high-value leads to a human when needed. • Sync every interaction back to the GoHighLevel CRM so lead records, tags, and notes stay up to date, and push notifications through my preferred messaging platforms. Deliverables will be accepted when: 1. Phone, email, and chat channels have been configured, tested, and demonstrated in a short screen-share or video. 2. Calendar, CRM, and messaging platform integrations create and update records automatically without errors. 3. A clear set of prompts/flows is supplied so I can tweak responses later. I already have GoHighLevel accounts, phone numbers, and calendars ready; I simply need the conversational logic, integrations, and handoff rules set up.
