I’m assembling a remote-first team to build a new AI-driven SaaS platform and need a Lead Developer who lives and breathes Go and microservices. What you’ll tackle • Own the microservices architecture in Go 1.21+, orchestrated with OpenFaaS, Docker, and Kubernetes. • Design robust data layers on PostgreSQL 15+ and Redis 7+, keeping message queues (Redis streams, WebSocket) humming. • Integrate Anthropic Claude—and, as the product evolves, OpenAI GPT and OpenRouter—for core AI features. • Lead our web-scraping pipeline, turning diverse sites into structured data. • Automate testing (unit, benchmarks, integration) and wire up monitoring with Prometheus and Grafana. • Streamline deployment through Docker Compose and Kubernetes, shipping to S3-compatible storage (MinIO) and local volumes. What I’m looking for • Senior-level Go engineer with proven success designing production microservices. • Hands-on experience scraping the web at scale. • Comfort guiding a small team, reviewing code, and setting quality standards. • Familiarity with AI integration workflows; direct Claude usage is a plus. • Solid grasp of CI/CD, observability, and cloud-native patterns. How we’ll start 1. Share your CV highlighting relevant Go, microservices, and web-scraping projects. 2. Complete a short technical exercise (it fits in an evening) so we can see your coding style. 3. Jump into our async Slack stand-ups and Jira board once onboarded. If shaping the technical backbone of a greenfield AI SaaS sounds exciting, let’s talk.
