Hi This is to confirm our agreement for the project with Engineer Ahmed: We are looking to refine and develop the existing cultural complex design with the following requirements: • Adjust the floor plans to create more open and flexible spaces, reflecting a cultural hub rather than a typical building layout • Reduce the number of labs and meeting rooms where possible • Introduce more double-height spaces to enhance spatial quality • Minimize long corridors with rooms on both sides, and improve overall flow • Modify the lake design — we want to keep the same concept but make the shape sharper and more defined • Refine the building masses — make them cleaner and more solid (less fragmented), similar to the reference shared • Increase the spacing between buildings to create better outdoor areas • Strengthen the connection between buildings and landscape • Apply a façade pattern on the cube forms (reference will be provided) Delivery Timeline: • Main delivery: Sunday night • Final completion: Monday Please ensure all agreed modifications are completed within this timeline.
