I need a fresh set of eyes on our Google Analytics 4 implementation. The data coming from the public-facing site and from WHMCS must line up, especially around e-commerce transactions. Right now I’m not confident that every sale is being recorded, so your first task is to audit the existing tags, clean up anything that’s double-counting or missing, and prove it’s fixed with live test orders. While you are in there, please add event tracking for the primary “Pay Now / Complete Order” buttons on the checkout page. I only need that one section instrumented; everything else can stay as-is. Tag Manager is already installed, so feel free to consolidate the tracking in GTM if it makes maintenance easier. Once conversions are firing reliably, I want to push them into Google Ads and build acquisition campaigns aimed at new customers. Set up the conversion action, link GA4 ⇄ Ads properly, and create the first campaign structure (search and, if you feel it’s worthwhile, a remarketing audience pulled from the new conversion data).
