I have between one and five plywood ornament DXF files that need to be taken all the way to collision-free, production-ready G-code inside Fusion 360. Each piece requires tidy 2D profile work and a touch of shallow 3D relief where noted, all organised by setup with clearly named operations so I can follow the logic at a glance. You will work with the specific tool sizes I keep on hand; bits are based on the design, so please select the most appropriate cutter from my usual rack and document why you chose it. Correct feeds, speeds, step-downs and ramp moves for plywood are essential, and I expect a quick simulation pass to confirm there are no red flags before any code is exported. Deliverables • A single, well-structured Fusion 360 project containing every ornament • Verified, ready-to-run G-code for each setup • Concise run sheet listing tool IDs, diameters, RPM, feed and plunge values If something in the geometry calls for a different strategy, let me know first so we can confirm before you proceed. Once the package opens on my end, I should be able to load the stock, set zero, and press go—no extra tweaking.
