I need WHMCS installed and fully configured for a new hosting venture. The build must cover three core modules—billing & invoicing, the support ticket system, and domain registration/management—so they work seamlessly from day one. Stripe is the primary payment gateway and must be enabled with webhooks, automated refunds, and recurring billing. If the setup leaves room for future additions such as PayPal or Authorize.Net, please keep the configuration flexible enough to plug those in later without re-engineering everything. The storefront already runs on WordPress, so I also need a WHMCS template that matches the existing WordPress theme in layout, colours, and typography. A child-theme approach or template override is fine as long as upgrades remain straightforward. Acceptance criteria • Clean WHMCS install on my server, updated to the latest stable release • Billing, ticketing, and domain modules tested and working (sample orders, tickets, and transfers) • Stripe configured end-to-end with successful test transactions • Custom WHMCS template visually aligned to my WordPress theme, responsive on mobile • Brief hand-off document outlining any custom edits, cron jobs, and upgrade notes Access to the server, WordPress theme files, and a Stripe test account will be provided once we agree on the timeline.
