Are you an experienced YouTube strategist and operations expert? We are looking for a YouTube Manager to oversee and grow two existing YouTube channels, with the potential to expand to more. This is a long-term, remote opportunity for someone who lives and breathes YouTube, thrives in a team environment, and is passionate about optimizing content for performance and growth. Key Responsibilities: 1.YouTube Analytics & Strategy - Regularly review and interpret YouTube Analytics. - Adjust channel strategies based on performance data. - Identify trends, opportunities, and content gaps. 2.Content Ideation & Planning - Develop content ideas aligned with our brand and audience. - Create compelling video titles and collaborate on thumbnail concepts. - Work closely with scriptwriters and video editors to bring concepts to life. 3.Project & Team Coordination - Manage video production timelines across multiple team members. - Ensure timely delivery of scripts, edits, and final videos. - Provide quality assurance checks on all videos before publishing. 4.Publishing & Optimization - Upload videos with optimized titles, SEO-friendly descriptions, tags, and end screens. - Schedule content and maintain a consistent publishing calendar. 5.Repurposing Content - Oversee repurposing of video content into shorts, clips, or social media snippets. - Coordinate with relevant team members for editing and posting. 6.Channel Operations - Keep workflows organized across 2 channels. (Depending on qualifications and agreement) - Maintain alignment with branding, voice, and quality standards. Requirements: - Proven experience managing successful YouTube channels. - Strong understanding of YouTube algorithm, SEO, retention tactics, and monetization strategies. - Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable insights. - Excellent project management and communication skills. - Fluent in English (spoken and written). - Highly organized and proactive in managing multiple timelines. - Experience working with remote teams.
