You will spend each workday designing, coding, and maintaining a suite of Python 3 automation tools that keep our back-office processes humming. The focus is 100 % on automation scripts, and the immediate roadmap is crystal clear: • Data scraping – build reliable crawlers that pull structured and unstructured data from both public sites and internal APIs, using libraries such as Requests, BeautifulSoup, Scrapy, or Selenium when headless browsing is needed. • System monitoring – create lightweight daemons that watch CPU, RAM, disk, and service health with psutil or similar modules, then push alerts into Slack / e-mail / webhooks so I hear about problems before users do. • File handling – automate high-volume file moves, renames, compressions, and archival routines, adding watchdog-style triggers and robust logging so every action is auditable. All scripts must be: – Written in clean, well-documented Python 3 – Fully configurable by .env or YAML/JSON files – Container-ready (Docker) for simple deployment – Committed daily to a Git repo with descriptive messages and unit tests I need someone available full time, Monday–Friday, with quick turnaround on iterations and a habit of proactively flagging edge cases. If you have a track record of shipping automation that just works, let’s get started—there’s plenty waiting in the backlog.
