The platform must be cloud-scalable from day one so it can grow without a rewrite. Core domain • Marketplace listings: anyone can post land, houses or rentals. • Service-provider role: the only role that needs special logic right now. Providers will offer Surveying, Loan Assistance, Property Management and Document-writing support, and they require their own onboarding flow and service catalogue.
