Hi there, I’m looking to hire an experienced Full Stack Developer to help bring a series of game-related, logic-heavy web platforms to life. This is a long-term opportunity — not just for short projects — and I’m looking for someone who can handle both architecture and hands-on implementation. Scope of Work • Architect and develop the back-end (language and framework are flexible — Node.js, Python/Django, PHP/Laravel, or similar — as long as it’s fast, secure, and scalable). • Build a responsive, intuitive front-end using modern frameworks such as ReactJS, ensuring smooth performance on both desktop and mobile browsers. • Implement real-time features (WebSockets or equivalent) for live interactions — including game states, chat, or leaderboard updates. • Set up robust user authentication, role management, and general security best practices. • Integrate payment or virtual-credit systems, plus an admin dashboard for analytics and monitoring. • Deploy on the cloud with CI/CD pipelines for a seamless, production-ready rollout. What I’m Looking For • Proven experience taking complex, feature-rich web apps from concept to launch. • Past work in gaming, fintech, or other real-time/high-load applications is a strong plus. • Deep knowledge of Node.js, ReactJS, and/or PHP (Laravel). • Familiarity with scalable databases, RESTful APIs, and WebSocket communication. • Strong understanding of cloud deployment and automation (AWS, GCP, or similar). • Clear communication and ability to collaborate effectively during development sprints. Engagement Details • Initially part-time: around 5–6 hours per day, Sundays off. • Monthly basis: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 INR depending on skills and experience. • Potential for a salary increase after the first few months, based on performance and project outcomes.
