The role involves working across frontend, backend, APIs, and databases, collaborating closely with product and business teams. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications Build responsive and intuitive frontend interfaces Develop secure and scalable backend services and APIs Integrate third-party APIs and services Optimize applications for performance, reliability, and scalability Participate in code reviews, debugging, and testing Work with UI/UX, QA, and product teams to deliver features Maintain documentation and follow best coding practices Technical Skills Required Frontend HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+) React.js / Angular / Vue.js Responsive design and cross-browser compatibility State management (Redux, Context API, etc.) Backend Node.js / Python (Django, Flask) / PHP (Laravel) / Java RESTful API development Authentication & authorization (JWT, OAuth) Database MySQL / PostgreSQL MongoDB / NoSQL databases Database design and optimization DevOps & Tools Git / GitHub / GitLab CI/CD pipelines Docker (good to have) AWS / Azure / GCP (basic knowledge preferred) Nice to Have Experience with SaaS platforms Knowledge of microservices architecture Familiarity with ERP, HRMS, LMS, or enterprise systems Experience in performance optimization and security best practices
