I run a growing tech company in Pakistan and need a versatile engineer who is equally comfortable building production-grade back-ends and shaping intelligent AI agents. Day-to-day you will take charge of new product features, architect solid APIs, and weave AI capabilities directly into the user experience. Our current stack centers on Python (Django, Flask) and Java (Spring Boot). You should be confident switching between these frameworks, writing clean, testable code, and deploying to modern cloud platforms. I expect you to own what you build: from database design to API endpoints, unit tests, CI/CD pipelines, and final rollout. Beyond the core development work, I’m looking for someone who can guide us on practical AI agent integrations—whether that means orchestrating task-specific bots, leveraging large language models, or automating internal workflows. If you have prior experience connecting AI services to a Django or Spring back-end, you’ll shine here. Deliverables will be feature-based: each sprint you’ll receive a well-defined user story, complete the implementation, open a merge request, and pass code review. Solid documentation and a brief Loom video walk-through for each major feature will be required so the rest of the team can ramp quickly. You will collaborate directly with me over Slack, GitHub, and short stand-ups.
