The concept is already clear with preliminary floor plans and conceptual 3-D sketches;; what’s missing is a cohesive set of plans that a builder and the local permitting office can approve without back-and-forth. Here’s what I’m expecting to receive: • Dimensioned floor plans for every level • Scaled exterior elevations that capture the clean, modern lines I want • Building sections and wall details showing materials and insulation assemblies • Foundation, roof, and framing plans with structural notes • Electrical, plumbing, and HVAC layouts (symbols legend included) • Window, door, and finish schedules PDFs for review and a final layered DWG or Revit file will wrap the package so my GC can make minor tweaks if needed.
