I need a specialist who can jump in, audit the entire setup, and then turn every relevant switch on so the platform truly supports marketing, sales, and service in one seamless flow. Here is what I expect once the work is done: • A clear audit report that shows what was missing or mis-configured. • Clean, well-named pipelines and deal stages that match our current sales process. • Automated workflows for lead nurturing, internal hand-offs, and post-sale follow-ups. • Service tickets and knowledge-base settings aligned with our support team’s real-world steps. • Dashboards and custom reports that surface the KPIs leadership tracks every week. • Integrations (email, forms, website, and any other native apps or custom API calls you recommend) working without data silos. • Internal documentation or short Loom videos so my team knows how to maintain everything going forward. You’ll have admin access to the portal, plus direct Slack/Meet support from me for quick decisions. I expect best-practice use of workflows, custom properties, list segmentation, and any needed HubSpot tools such as Operations Hub, custom objects, or programmable automation.
