I need a single designer who can take my entire home—every room, every corner—and turn it into a cohesive, photo-realistic 3D model in a clean modern style. You’ll be working from my existing floor plan and reference photos, then delivering still renders plus the editable source files so I can make tweaks later if needed. Because this is for the whole house, you’ll cover the living areas, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, hallways, and any built-in storage. Consistency in materials, colour palette, lighting, and furniture language is crucial; I’m aiming for a bright, contemporary look with practical layouts. Timing is critical. I’d like to see the first draft renders within a few days and have the full project wrapped up as soon as realistically possible. If you work in 3ds Max, SketchUp, Revit, or a comparable tool and can provide high-resolution PNG/JPEG outputs (plus the native files), that’s perfect. Deliverables • Complete 3D model of the house in your preferred software • At least one high-quality render per room (multiple angles for larger spaces) • A short fly-through or 360° view would be a welcome bonus • Source files handed over at project close I’ll be available for quick feedback cycles so we keep momentum.
