I need an automated way to build a clean, verifiable email list of French-speaking owners of U.S.-registered companies (ideally LLCs). The key is that the companies are American while the owners themselves are not; their primary language—and that of their public-facing website—must be French (.fr or .com domains are both fine as long as the main language is French). Preferred data-gathering mix I want both large-scale Google scraping (to spot French-language sites whose legal pages include “LLC”) and LinkedIn scraping that zeroes in on “Company owner” profiles. Each method should feed the other: Google results supply domains you can cross-check on LinkedIn, and LinkedIn owners give you names you can validate against their websites. What I expect to receive • A CSV or Google Sheet containing, for every match: – owner’s full name – business email (no generic info@ addresses) – company name – company website URL – LinkedIn profile URL (when found) – brief note proving the site is French-language and references the LLC status • Emails must pass basic validation (syntax + MX record). • A short read-me explaining the tech stack or scripts you used so I can rerun or extend the scrape later. Acceptance criteria The list should contain only French-language sites tied to U.S. LLCs, and at least 90 % of the emails must clear verification. Any duplicates, bounces, or owners who are clearly not French-speaking will be grounds for revision. If you already have Python, Scrapy, BeautifulSoup, Selenium, Phantombuster, or similar tooling in place, this should move quickly. I’m happy to review a small pilot sample before you scale the full scrape.
