About the project We’re looking for a creative, experienced Instagram content creator who has real experience working in the mental health space. You’ll develop engaging, empathy-driven Instagram content (posts, carousels, reels, captions, and hashtags) that speaks sensitively to mental health audiences and performs well with SEO and virality in mind. This is a freelance/contract role for a campaign (3–6 months) with potential for ongoing work based on performance. What you’ll do Create original Instagram content (static posts, carousels, short-form video/reels, stories, captions). Design content that is evidence-informed, trauma-aware, and ethically framed for mental health topics. Craft SEO-friendly captions and hashtag strategies to boost discoverability. Optimize content for virality: hooks, formats, CTA, thumbnail/caption testing. Produce a weekly content calendar and asset pack (image/video files + captions). Monitor basic performance metrics and iterate (engagement, saves, shares, reach, CTR).
