I already have a live Microsoft Form collecting nothing more than the contact’s name and email address. What I need now is a Power Automate (or equally streamlined) flow that triggers the moment a response is submitted, validates the two fields, and then creates a corresponding mail contact in Exchange Online. Key expectations • The flow must authenticate with the minimum permissions required and run fully in the cloud—no on-prem components. • On success, the new contact should be visible in the Exchange Admin Center almost immediately. • On any failure—duplicate address, validation issue, permission error—an email alert must be sent to my chosen admin mailbox with clear fault details. Deliverables • Exported flow package (or step-by-step build notes) • README covering required connectors, service accounts/roles, and any Exchange Online PowerShell actions you used • Screen capture or log evidence showing a test form submission becoming an Exchange contact and, separately, an induced error triggering the notification email If you’ve built similar Microsoft 365 automations before and can turn this around quickly, I’m ready to get started.
