JobTree is a mobile hiring platform that will match blue-collar talent with employers through a smooth, chat-style experience. All UI/UX mock-ups are ready; now it’s time to turn them into a production-ready Flutter application for both Android and iOS. Your main focus will be translating those designs into pixel-perfect Flutter screens, wiring them to my REST APIs and Firebase backend, and keeping performance sharp throughout. Phone Number Verification will serve as the single sign-in method, so you’ll need solid experience with Firebase Auth or a comparable SMS gateway. Job listings must support title, description, salary, and location fields out of the box with crisp UI components and clean state management; filters and advanced sorting can follow once the core flows are stable. Three roles drive the permission model—Admin, Job Seeker, and Employer—so access control, dashboards, and feature visibility should reflect that hierarchy from the start. Deliverables • Complete Flutter source code targeting Android & iOS • Integrated phone-based authentication flow • Job listing module (create, view, edit) with the specified data fields • Role-based navigation and basic admin panel hooks • Connections to existing REST endpoints and Firebase services • Brief setup document so I can run the project locally or in CI/CD I already have Postman collections, Figma screens, and test credentials waiting; once onboarded you can jump straight into development.
