My Flutter app is in the testing stage and I’m ready to push it all the way to both Google Play and the Apple App Store. I need a developer who has already published production-grade Flutter apps and can take the lead on the entire release workflow. Here is what I expect: 1. End-to-end store release • Configure signing, build flavours and store listings. • Submit the initial production build to Play Store and App Store with all required screenshots, icons and metadata. 2. Automated build & test pipeline • Set up Fastlane as the backbone of the CI/CD flow so that every tagged commit produces an incremental build. • Integrate unit, widget and Patrol end-to-end tests; run them automatically in Firebase Test Lab (or a comparable cloud lab) and publish a concise HTML/JSON report for each run. • Fail the pipeline on test regressions and notify via Slack or e-mail. 3. Ongoing delivery • Beta track / TestFlight uploads on every merge to the main branch. • One-click promotion from beta to production when I approve a build. 4. Documentation & hand-off • Clear, step-by-step instructions so any future maintainer can rerun or extend the pipeline.
