I already run a web-based salon management platform and the entire backend (API, database, auth, scheduling logic) is in place. What I now need is a cross-platform Flutter app that talks to that same backend so mobile users enjoy the very same data and workflows. Core features to surface in the app • Appointment booking tied directly to the existing calendar rules and staff availability. • A browsable salon service catalog that pulls real-time pricing, duration and imagery from the current APIs. • Customer reviews and ratings synced both ways with the web app so feedback remains consistent. User roles • Customers browse, book, pay and review. • Salon staff confirm, reschedule and see their own queue. • Admin oversees everything with the same permissions they have on the web dashboard. Authentication Users sign in with their phone number and a password; no social or email login is required. The flow must match the backend’s current token system so I don’t have to modify server code. Expected deliverables 1. Flutter source code for iOS and Android. 2. Clean UI that respects Material 3 and is easy to re-skin for multiple salon brands. 3. Integration layer that consumes my existing REST endpoints; all URLs, parameters and sample responses will be provided. 4. Build-ready projects plus a short README explaining environment variables, build steps and where to plug in Firebase Messaging (already configured backend-side). 5. A quick handoff call or screencast walking through the code architecture. The backend is already stable, so the project is mainly about crafting polished Flutter screens, state management and tight API wiring.
