I run a company database on Odoo 16 Community with the HRMS and Accounting modules enabled. Since going live we have run into four pain-points that need an experienced Odoo hand: • Data inside several HR and journal views is processing inaccurately—totals appear off after each nightly scheduler run. • Certain forms and kanban cards render with broken or misaligned elements, so the user interface feels inconsistent. • Access rules seem to ignore the groups I defined: some employees see screens they shouldn’t while others are blocked from their own records. • My custom workflow automations (server actions and Studio flows) stop midway instead of completing their actions. I need someone who can trace the root causes, patch the code or configuration, and prove the results in a test database before we roll to production. Deliverables 1. Diagnostic report that pinpoints each underlying issue. 2. Clean, well-commented fixes (Python, XML, or security rules) applied to my Git repository. 3. Post-fix testing evidence—screenshots or screencast plus log extracts—to show data accuracy, correct UI rendering, proper permissions, and fully running automations. 4. A brief hand-over note so I can reproduce your steps if we upgrade later. Acceptance criteria: No inaccurate totals after two scheduler cycles, UI aligns across Chrome/Firefox, access rights follow the defined HR groups exactly, and all automated workflows finish without errors.
