I have an almost-finished utility app built for both Android and iOS. Core features are in place, but several areas still need polish before we reach store-ready quality. I’m looking for a developer who can jump into the existing codebase, tidy up the remaining pieces, and proactively suggest smarter ways to do things. Scope of work • User Interface – refine the screens, tidy navigation, ensure layouts scale gracefully across devices, and add any finishing touches that make the experience feel native on both platforms. • Backend Integration – connect the last few endpoints, optimise existing calls, and confirm that data sync is rock-solid whether the user is online or off. • Testing & Debugging – run thorough functional tests, squash edge-case bugs, and prepare clean release builds for Google Play and the App Store. What I’ll share with you • Full source code and build instructions (currently in Git). • API documentation and access to the staging server. • A short list of known issues plus my own UX notes. Acceptance criteria 1. All screens load without UI glitches on common Android and iOS device sizes. 2. Network calls return the correct data, handle failures gracefully, and pass profiling for speed and bandwidth. 3. App installs, launches, and functions error-free through a scripted regression test suite and a brief UAT round. 4. Signed release builds submitted to both stores, ready for my final review. Preferred tech stack is the one already in place (I’ll brief you once you’re in), but I’m open to suggestions if a change will materially improve performance or maintainability.
