We are building PsyMatch, a clinician-facing mental health assessment platform that generates structured DSM-5 diagnostic reports, risk summaries, and treatment plans. We are looking for a senior Figma designer to redesign our clinical reports. This is not marketing or website design. It is information design for healthcare professionals: clear hierarchy, data-dense layouts, and developer-ready Figma components. Scope of Work Design a multi-page clinical report system in Figma, including: Cover / patient overview Clinical summary & reason for referral Risk profile (e.g., suicide, panic, clinical flags) Diagnostic overview (positive & ruled-out diagnoses) Diagnosis-specific symptom pages Case formulation summary Treatment plan summary Design must support screen viewing and PDF export. Required Skills Must have: Advanced Figma skills (components, Auto Layout, styles) Experience designing data-dense reports, dashboards, or enterprise UIs Ability to create developer-ready design systems Strong English communication Portfolio with structured, complex layouts Nice to have: Healthcare, finance, or enterprise SaaS experience Prior work on print-ready reports or PDFs Deliverables One organized Figma file containing: All report templates Reusable components Typography & color styles Clear component structure and naming for developer handoff Two rounds of revisions included Budget Hourly: CAD (depending on experience) or Fixed price: CAD $2,000–3,for initial report system Please state your preferred pricing model.
