I have two house plans in PDF and want to translate them into four fully rendered facades—front, both sides, and back. The goal is to refresh the exterior by updating colors and materials, introducing subtle structural tweaks where the drawings allow, and adding tasteful decorative elements that tie everything together. You will work directly from the PDFs, so the first step is to recreate accurate elevations (DWG, RVT, or SKP are all fine). Once the base geometry is set, apply new material palettes, adjust window or door surrounds where needed, and propose any small overhangs, trims, or other architectural accents that improve curb appeal while remaining build-able. I have the whole house made in 3D in Revit, but I have some changes... I give you the 3Ds and I want you to make the changes according to the 2 ground floor and 1st floor plans that are in pdf Deliverables • High-resolution renders of each facade (4 images minimum) in daylight • The editable 3D or CAD files used • A concise legend noting key materials, RAL/Pantone colors, and any new elements introduced I’ll review each facade against the original plans to confirm dimensions haven’t drifted and that the proposed finishes align with local guidelines. Once approved, the job is complete and ready for hand-off to my builder.
