I am kicking off Phase 1 of the Expressions app exactly as defined in the signed Phase 1 SOW, Annex B, and Annex B-2. During this phase, the scope includes delivery of the complete server-side orchestration layer, system-level identity locking, and a deterministic AI execution pipeline, fully integrated into a native keyboard operating on both iOS and Android. The keyboard must: • Enforce the system-level identity lock, • Invoke backend AI execution to generate anchor- and burst-style emoji outputs, and • Surface generated results in real time within the keyboard experience. Authentication must rely on Sign in with Apple and Sign in with Google. The application must deny access, or selectively restrict features, when a user’s subscription status is not validated. Work will be delivered via weekly, escrow-funded milestones. Each milestone will be accepted only when observable system behavior matches the scenarios and guarantees defined in the SOW and annexes. App Store and Play Store submission or approval are explicitly out of scope for this phase. Only the active week’s milestone will be funded at any time. Future milestones will remain unfunded until the current milestone is completed and accepted. Please structure the codebase to allow a clean handoff into the Phase 2 UI track, follow the agreed naming conventions, and include concise setup and deployment notes with each delivery.
