I’m expanding an already live project built on Kore.ai and need support from a professional who can add value from day one. The top priority is to deepen the implementation and advanced configuration of the platform, so proven, hands-on experience with Kore.ai is essential. You’ll also be responsible for designing and optimizing complex multi-turn conversational flows, primarily in Spanish — the main language of our current prompts — and ideally in English for upcoming multilingual modules. The role goes beyond the Kore console. I’m looking for someone who can develop and maintain custom APIs and connectors (REST or SOAP) to integrate Kore.ai with external systems. If you have experience with Node.js or Python for light back-end tasks, and tools such as Postman, Swagger, or API Gateway, you’ll be a perfect fit.
