We are a distributed team of experienced developers working on international projects, and we are looking for an Expert Full Stack Developer to join us in a part-time, fully remote, client-facing role. This role is ideal for a senior engineer who enjoys both hands-on development and direct communication with clients, including participating in technical discovery calls, helping shape solutions, and supporting the sales/presales process when needed. Responsibilities: Join client calls (discovery, technical deep dives, and follow-ups) as the technical expert. Understand client requirements and translate them into clear technical plans and architecture. Build, integrate, and maintain web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies. Collaborate with our internal team (developers, PMs, founders) to ensure smooth delivery and handover after closing opportunities. Proactively suggest improvements in architecture, performance, and security. Tech stack (you don’t need all, but strong coverage is expected): Frontend: JavaScript, React, HTML, CSS (experience with modern SPA frameworks is a plus). Backend: Node.js, PHP, Python, Java (strong experience in at least one backend language). APIs: RESTful API design and integration. CMS / Web: WordPress and related ecosystem experience is a plus. Requirements: 5+ years of full stack development experience. Strong communication skills and confidence to speak directly with international clients in English. Comfortable leading or supporting technical discussions on calls with non-technical founders, PMs, and stakeholders. Reliable, responsive, and able to commit to part-time hours each week on a long-term basis. Able to work independently, propose solutions, and take ownership of deliverables. Nice to have: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Experience working with agencies or as an external consultant. Engagement details: Part-time, remote.
