I need all of my existing receipts in Expensify transferred into SparkReceipt in one batch, preserving every image, amount, currency, date, and merchant detail. Once they land in SparkReceipt, the expenses must be classified against my full chart of accounts and tagged so I can instantly tell what is 1 of 2 Businesses, Personal, Travel, and partial rental of house After the classification, I want clean summary and detailed reports produced directly from SparkReceipt that match the categorisation you set up and can be exported to CSV and PDF for my accountant. You should already know both platforms inside out, including their bulk export/import tools or APIs, so this job is about execution rather than research. Accuracy is critical; if any receipts fail to migrate or any totals don’t reconcile, I’ll ask for a re-run. Deliverables • Complete receipt migration from Expensify to SparkReceipt • Fully mapped categories using my COA, with tags to separate businesses, rental and personal taxable vs nontaxable items • Final reconciliation showing totals match the original Expensify data • SparkReceipt reports (summary & detailed) exported in CSV and PDF If you can start soon, tell me your estimated turnaround time and the method you’ll use to automate or batch-process the move.
