I need support on three tightly-linked fronts. First, my raw purchase, sales and expense records have to be entered, checked and organised so they flow seamlessly into monthly and annual financial statements as well as day-to-day client and supplier account logs. Accuracy and clear file structure are non-negotiable because these numbers end up in official reports. Second, I want to replace my current manual routines in both Excel and Word with Python-driven automation. I already know which processes slow me down: repetitive copy-paste work, template creation, and constant importing or exporting of CSVs, PDFs and DOCX files. The goal is a small set of Python scripts (or well-documented Jupyter notebooks) that: • build reusable Excel and Word templates or macros, • automatically pull fresh data into those templates, • generate charts or other visualisations that help me spot trends at a glance. Finally, the finished tools must be easy for colleagues to pick up, so clear in-file comments and a short “how-to” guide are part of the deliverable.
