Contest – 3D Logo + Weekly Advertising Images Hayden’s Beach Bar & Resort Hello, We are launching a small design contest to create a 3D colored version of our Hayden’s logo for our beach resort. The logo must match the existing mural and photos, because we will not repaint the wall or change our printed materials. Additional reference images will be provided after the contract is awarded. Reference photos of the wall mural and environment are attached to help understand the style and atmosphere. Step 1 — Logo Creation We are looking for a designer who can create: • A 3D version of the Hayden’s logo • Full color rendering • A clean professional look suitable for marketing material • Delivered in high resolution The selected designer may receive ongoing weekly work. Step 2 — Weekly Marketing Images Every week we will need 4 to 5 promotional images for social media. Each promotion requires two versions: 1️⃣ English version 2️⃣ Tagalog version Important: The background image remains the same, only the text changes language. We will provide the text. The client is responsible for the text content. Only typing mistakes made by the freelancer must be corrected at their cost. Example workflow: Image 1 • English text version • Tagalog text version Image 2 • English text version • Tagalog text version So normally each promotion = 2 images. Step 3 — Photo Editing The client will sometimes send photos that need small corrections. Examples: • Remove people from the photo • Remove unwanted objects • Clean the background • Adjust lighting or colors These edits must be included in your service. Step 4 — Turnaround Time (VERY IMPORTANT) Speed is critical for us. Once the order is sent, the design must be delivered within: 12 hours maximum If the delay is longer than this, the design cannot be used because the event promotion will already be too late.
