The focus is on three core modules—Inventory Management, Accounting & Finance, and Human Resources—and on elevating the overall user experience. Here is what I’m aiming for: • Sharper, faster screens: Menus should load instantly and workflows must feel modern and intuitive, whether users are counting stock, booking expenses, or approving leave. • Actionable analytics: I want dashboards and custom reports that surface the right KPIs at a glance, with drill-downs that actually help managers decide instead of export-to-Excel workarounds. • Leaner performance: Background jobs, database queries, and long-running scripts need profiling and tuning so the whole system remains responsive even during peak activity. To get there, you will likely touch Python and JavaScript in the Frappe framework, tune MariaDB queries, and adjust client-side logic for snappier UI interactions. I am happy to review pull requests in small, testable chunks and roll out improvements iteratively on a staging site before we push to production. Acceptance criteria 1. Inventory, Accounts, and HR forms load in under two seconds on first hit, under one second on subsequent hits. 2. At least three bespoke dashboards (one per module) displaying real-time metrics without requiring manual refresh. 3. No critical errors in browser console or server log after one week of simulated high-load testing.
