I already run my daily operations from a heavily structured workbook that behaves more like a mini-ERP than a normal spreadsheet, and now I want to take it to the next level. What I need built (or rebuilt, if you prefer to start fresh) is a single Excel file that lets me: • Register every product, purchase and sale in a clean, table-driven layout • Keep real-time stock levels, automatic reorder alerts and valuation by cost or FIFO • Log each sale with customer, date, quantity and price so revenue and margin are captured at the line level • Feed all of that into interactive dashboards—think slicer-controlled views, dynamic charts and KPI cards showing turnover rate, top sellers, aging stock, cumulative sales and month-to-target progress I do NOT require links to any outside accounting or CRM packages, so the focus stays on what Excel itself can do. Feel free to use Structured Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, dynamic arrays or VBA—whatever delivers a fast, lean and future-proof solution that a non-coder can maintain afterward. Deliverables 1. Fully functional workbook pre-loaded with a small set of dummy data so I can test every workflow end-to-end 2. Self-contained dashboard sheets with clear navigation back to the raw tables 3. Brief written guide (or a short screen-capture video) showing how to add new products, record sales and refresh the analytics 4. Password protection on formulas and code while leaving the data entry areas open Acceptance criteria: no formula errors on refresh, stock on-hand always reconciles to movements, and all visuals respond instantly when filters change.
