Wix website improvements for a restaurant coupons system Must be the BEST at working with the Wix platform! Overview: This project involves adding features to our new website TablDeals.com - It's a Local Restaurant Discount/Coupon App. I don't need any website content pages, logos, images, etc worked on. This is mainly about creating the dynamic content and forms needed to make this all work. You can see what we have live so far by going to the website link above. General Concept: - What we need is our coupon offerings to look and function similar to this website: https://www.firsttable.com.au/gold-coast. Not exact, but similar in a lot of ways. - Consumers(Foodies) will need ability to create an account and lock in a coupon that is set to a specific date, time range and discount and it will send a link to the coupon on their phone for them to bring in to restaurant. - Restaurants will need ability to create a business account and create/manage coupon offerings. - Foodies will pay a flat fee of $1 pp to unlock a coupon. Or $9.99/mo subscription - Foodies have to create an account and book the deal/reservation to unlock the coupon code (the coupon % will show for all but code only shows after the book it) - Restaurants can create one coupon per day, and it will say valid until midnight of the day its set to. - Coupons can be set as one time but also offer ability to set as recurring for same day of week too - Coupons will have a range choice of 10% - 50% or alternatively choose BOGO instead of percent based - Signup and use for restaurants is free but we will also offer a premium plan where restaurant owners can offer more than one coupon per day and get featured placement in listings for $99/mo Restaurants need ability to set a min/max availability. Mainly because they may only have lets say ability to set up to 40 people for a certain time range and don't want to overbook. So, show drop down where they can select up to 100. (1-100) - Restaurants need ability to choose if the percent/bogo is off food only or whole bill (including drinks, etc) - Coupons results page will default sort from the highest percent off and down so there’s incentive to restaurants to offer a bigger discount - Restaurant can only accept coupons that show as "confirmed reservation" on customers phone - Premium restaurant accounts can do up to two coupons per day, giving them the ability to do a early leader at like 30% off that ranks high and then a regular coupon for the rest of the evening let’s say 10% - Restaurants can upgrade to a premium plan for $99/mo - New restaurant signups will be set to pending so we can review and approve Besides the info above, here are what I envision are the main overall tools/features needed: - Signup form for Foodies - all personal info including address with zip code so its easy for them to search for coupons near them - Dashboard for Foodies so they can view, edit or cancel bookings, update credit card, etc - Signup form for Restaurants - all business info and contact person info - Dashboard for Restaurants so they can manage their person and biz info, create and manage coupon offerings, etc - Dashboard for Admin - manage foodies, restaurants, coupons, stats, etc - I created a basic dynamic coupons page but it's no where near done - Each coupon shown in results will also need a "Details" button that when clicked takes foodies to a coupon details page where they can view all the details about the restaurant, the coupon and call to action to book the deal - for coupons list view page will need all relevant filter choices and sort orders - for main screen need ability for foodies to enter their zip code and radius so when submitted the search results show properly - system needs to handle all billing, subscriptions, edits, etc - The main features of each coupon is the restaurants ability to choose a specific date (or recurring on same day of each week) and choose a time range (like 4pm-7pm because that is their slowest time) and percent/bogo discount amount and create their own coupon code that will be given to foodies when they show up to restaurant. Keep in mind. Our concept is about time range, not specific reservation times. Our focus is about allowing a restaurant to choose the slowest part of a given day for their coupons, giving them the ability to balance customers so coupons are only valid during whatever slow times they specify NOTE: This project is built on the Wix platform and is primarily about building in the databases and tools so it functions as needed. If you can include a map view search that would be nice but not really required for this first phase.
