The site already uses Autoptimize and Smush for image optimisation, and most images are already compressed. However, several pages are still showing slow load times, primarily due to delayed loading of images and scripts. Scope of Work: Audit the site for performance bottlenecks affecting LCP and Core Web Vitals. Identify and optimise slow-loading scripts (e.g., Google Site Kit / Analytics) without breaking functionality. Implement fixes to ensure images, CSS, and JS load efficiently. Optional: Recommend additional tools or plugin configurations (e.g., Asset CleanUp, Perfmatters) to improve site speed. Provide a brief report summarising the changes made and expected improvements. Requirements: Proven experience improving WordPress site performance. Knowledge of Core Web Vitals, LCP, FCP, and CLS. Familiarity with popular caching, optimization, and analytics plugins. Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical solutions in plain language. Deliverables: Optimised pages with measurable LCP improvement. Documentation of changes implemented.
