End-to-End Agritech SaaS

I am building a cloud-hosted SaaS platform that puts data science, IoT, and blockchain directly in the hands of farmers through Android and iOS apps. The service must feel as comfortable to a first-time user as it is powerful for a seasoned agronomist, so every screen and workflow should be fully customizable rather than locked to a single layout. Core scope • Seed packet authentication: farmers scan a seed packet and instantly see provenance, germination stats, and brand legitimacy. • Soil health management: analytics dashboards fed by lab results or in-field sensors, complete with actionable recommendations. • Smart contracts on blockchain: automatically execute supply-chain and payment terms, tying together growers, buyers, and logistics partners. Those three features are my highest priorities, but they sit alongside crop-health analytics, smart irrigation scheduling, pest/disease alerts, climate forecasting, and a lightweight CRM where the mobile number is the unique ID. SMS notifications must ship in Telugu, Tamil, and Hindi from day one, and the architecture should allow me to add Kannada and Marathi later without rebuilding the core. Deliverables 1. Multi-tenant SaaS backend (Python/Node, PostgreSQL or equivalent, containerised and ready for auto-scaling). 2. Blockchain layer powering smart contracts and seed-packet traceability. 3. Admin portal to configure crops, languages, and notification rules. 4. Farmer-facing Android and iOS apps pushed to the respective stores. 5. Documentation and hand-over session covering APIs, deployment, and CI/CD. Acceptance criteria • Successful scan of a valid seed packet returns brand data in <2 s. • Soil report upload triggers agronomic prescription within 5 s. • Smart contract demo completes a full buy-sell transaction on testnet with verifiable hash. • SMS arrives in the selected language with correct unicode rendering. If you have a proven track record in SaaS, machine-learning pipelines, and blockchain integration, I’m ready to start discussing timelines and a phased rollout.
