I have a new concept restaurant built around the idea of live magic shows and I need a complete set of visuals that will let investors, contractors, and performers instantly feel the atmosphere. The style is fully customised: think vintage décor, exposed brick walls, and a deliberately dim, moody lighting scheme that frames a small “wow-factor” magic stage as the heart of the space. Every drawing and render should reinforce that sense of intimate wonder. Here’s what I need delivered, all coordinated to the same scale and palette: • Two floor plans – one purely technical for construction, the other rendered for presentation. • Two elevations – again, technical plus a coloured/rendered version that showcases materials and lighting. • Two sections – technical and rendered, highlighting ceiling treatments, suspended rigging for stage effects, and sight-lines from the dining area. • High-resolution 3D still renders that capture the dining zone, bar, entrance, and above all the magic stage. • A polished three-minute walkthrough video (fly-through or real-time capture is fine) that takes viewers from the lobby to their seats, finishes on the stage reveal, and shows that vintage-brick, low-light ambience in motion. Native files from your chosen tools (AutoCAD/Revit/SketchUp + V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion, or comparable) come with the package so my build team can make adjustments later on. Accuracy to real-world dimensions, consistent material tags, and lighting that matches the dim, dramatic brief will be the key acceptance criteria. If you thrive on blending technical precision with cinematic storytelling, I’d love to see how you can make this magic venue come alive before we pour a single slab of concrete.
