I want to roll out a secure, web-based portal that lets us monitor employee performance in real time. Managers and employees will both log in—managers get a team view while each employee sees only their own progress—so role-based permissions are essential. The core features I need are: • Real-time tracking dashboards that highlight progress against targets as the data comes in. • A performance-review workspace where managers schedule, complete, and store reviews. • An editable badge-or-reward system that automatically recognises achievements. Please build the UI to be fully responsive and intuitive, and keep authentication solid. I’m open to any modern stack you’re comfortable with (Laravel, Django, Node/Express, React, Vue, Angular, etc.); just explain how you’ll handle live updates—WebSockets, server-sent events, or another approach. Deliverables: 1. Source code with clear documentation and DB schema 2. A working deployment on our cloud account (AWS, Azure, or GCP) 3. A brief user guide and technical hand-off I’ll sign off once we can demo simultaneous manager/employee logins, watch live data roll in, complete a review, and see a badge trigger automatically when a goal is met.
